Members of the Johanne Marange Apostolic Church in Bocha, Marange in eastern Zimbabwe have received Robert Mugabe’s campaign maize seed under the Presidential Well-Wishers Special Agricultural Inputs Scheme.
The inputs earmarked for the church’s farm project were handed over by Chimanimani Senator Monica Mutsvangwa who thanked the church members for running an organised project which has received presidential attention.
The leader of the church, High-Priest of Africa Saint Noah thanked Mugabe for what he phrased as ‘unwavering support’.
The Presidential Well-Wishers Special Agricultural Inputs Scheme was launched to fill in a vital gap where Zimbabwe’s Treasury has failed to support agriculture funding.
The scheme has benefitted millions of Zimbabweans through availing the much-needed agricultural inputs.
