Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa is going to lead police in arresting robbers and thieves if given the permission to do so as a way of eradicating crime in Harare.
Makandiwa told his congregation during prophetic time at City Sports Centre on Sunday. He said this after praying for a family that lost an acre of potatoes to thieves at their plot recently before they were challenged by their neighbours about their faith in Makandiwa.
“Let this be known by the public that this time I am going to seek permission from the police in leading them to arrest criminals causing sleepless nights to the community. I am going to refund you the cost value as per police report and that would mean that the thief has stolen the potatoes from me. I ask you to forgive that thief for I have taken over the loss and he has a case to answer with me now,” said Makandiwa as the family shouted thanking their Papa.
The family was also encouraged to give to God what belongs to God so as to avoid such mishaps and Makandiwa – who once grabbed headlines after helping a Chitungwiza woman to give a miracle baby within 3 days of getting pregnant, further warned the family in spirit that the devil was aiming to steal their marriage and love so they must remain in the word to live well.
Prophet Makandiwa, in spirit, reminded a woman who brought her sick child that the problem came about after she resisted to leave a married woman she was dating. The child was healed instantly after two months of vomiting and complaints of excess dehydration.
